By purchasing and using FilterBelle products, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Communication Consent

By providing your contact details at checkout or during registration, you consent to receive transactional and promotional messages from FilterBelle via email or SMS.

You may opt out of promotional communications at any time. Transactional
communications regarding your orders will still be sent.

We treat your personal information with care and in compliance with relevant privacy laws.

3. Online store terms

You must be the age of majority in your region or have the permission of a guardian to use this site.

Use of our products for any illegal or unauthorized purposes is prohibited. Violation of any Terms will result in termination of service.

4. Shipping address and responsibility fees

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
– If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a reshipment fee of
$13.95 applies.
– If the customer prefers a refund, a $19.95 restocking fee will be deducted to cover
administrative and shipping costs.

5. DIY Installation

FilterBelle filters are designed for simple do-it-yourself (DIY) installation.

You are responsible for correctly installing the product following the user guide or video tutorials.

If an adapter is required, selecting and installing the  orrect one is your responsibility.

6. Subscription Terms

Customers who subscribe will receive refill cartridges at selected intervals.

You agree to receive and pay for at least one refill before cancelling a subscription.

Subscription management and cancellation can be done through your account settings.

FilterBelle products are provided “as is” without warranties, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Use of FilterBelle products is at your own risk.

8. Limitations of Liability

FilterBelle is a wellness product and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Always consult a healthcare professional for concerns regarding your health or skin.

Users must follow the care, cleaning, and usage instructions provided. Failure to do so release FilterBelle from liability for any resulting damage.

By using FilterBelle, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk and agree that the company shall not be liable for any adverse outcomes resulting from use, including skin reactions or water contamination if instructions are not followed

9. Maintenance and Usage

Clean your filter regularly to maintain performance. Using non-FilterBelle refill cartridges may void support or service.

You must not submit content that infringes others’ rights or contains malicious or inappropriate material.
